My name is Dr. Christian Kaiser and I have been working in plant design and project management in the construction of production plants for over 25 years: From engineering to commissioning one single source.
Thermal process engineering for chemical and petrochemical production technology – and especially the synthetic resin and lubricant industries – are my passion.

Conceptual design – Engineering – Project management
With the conceptual design of new production plants, revamping or expanding of existing production facilities, I create the basis for the technical and economic actions for decision makers and management. The subsequent design and detailed planning of a production plant should not only meet legal requirements, but must also implement customized demands meaningful and efficient. Project management is essential in successfully translating the engineering performance into reality and brings the various trades together to form a successful aggregate.
For me personally, it is about advising the customer, sharing my experience. Not just presenting options, but evaluating and explaining solutions. Coming to the best solution in a dialogue or discussion. That’s what makes the best consulting and engineering.
