Feasibility assessment

Every new project starts with a demand. If the project requirement is notified by the management, a reliable database must be established. Take my experience as your benefit.

Consulting – for effective evaluation of technical and economic feasibility

When examining both the technical and commercial feasibility of the project, reasonable assumptions must be used in the initial concept phase. The evaluation of the technical and economic success must be carried out with manageable effort, quickly and safely within defined tolerances. Reasonable assumptions can only be made by someone who is able to comprehensively design and evaluate the project from a technical and economic point of view based on the task at hand, even if the requirements are not completely defined. And this is exactly the point. Due to my experience and competence both in technical terms and in estimating the associated investment, I am able to create a reliable technical and commercial project concept in short term, even if only a few key points are known.

Experience in detail is already becoming a matter of course in concepts

When considering synthetic resin plants, lubricant plants as well as the storage and conversion of chemical raw materials to finished products, I have been able to gather extensive and valuable professional experience in my work as a project and sales manager for more than 25 years. The collection of my experiences during countless project discussions, the definition of requirements, during commissioning and during debriefings forms the basis for the development of new concepts. My experience with integrated and proven solutions provides elaborated and qualified project designs in detail already in the concept phase. “For me, a project team does not consist of customers and suppliers. A project team consists of creative people who recognize and implement a defined task. The joy of problem solving drives me and is exciting.”
