The subsequent design and detailed planning of a production plant should not only meet legal requirements, but must also implement customized demands meaningful and efficient. <a href=\"https:\/\/kaisertechconsulting.de\/en\/project-management\/\">Project management<\/a> is essential in successfully translating the engineering performance into reality and brings the various trades together to form a successful aggregate.<\/p>\n<p>For me personally, it is about advising the customer, sharing my experience. Not just presenting options, but evaluating and explaining solutions. Coming to the best solution in a dialogue or discussion.
